Family Photo Time

Our friend Sydney took these pictures for us. She's an illustration major at BYU who moonlights as a photographer and is very talented. It's been a busy summer for us and we were lucky to have her take these shots right before she left for Utah. So our thanks to her for taking the time to do this for us. We are very happy with these pictures. And to toot our own horns, you may notice the diet and exercise is really starting to pay dividends.

I really wish Leah would have been smiling in this one. She just wasn't having it at this point. This was one of our first shots and then she warmed up to the camera and turned into a ham.

We finally got Leah to laugh by playing a game her uncle Chris introduced to her and her cousins. Uncle Chris would say to Leah, "Guess what?"

She'd reply, "What?"

"Chicken butt!"

And she'd erupt into her cackling laugh.
